From Exeter take the A38 towards Plymouth (not the A30). At Plymouth follow the A38 towards Liskeard crossing the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall.

After the low bridge at Kenrow Mills turn left at the roundabout (A374) and follow the signs to Looe.

As you come into Looe cross over the bridge and take the first left along Quay Road, this leads into Hannafore Road, which has a sharp bend up the hill along the cliff road.

Follow this road until you get to Tom Sawyers Tavern and Restaurant on the right.

Turn right here into Portuan Road and follow this for no more that 100 yards and you will find Lemain Garden Apartments on your right hand side.
